What is it? The simplest answer is a wedding expo, but Under the Veil & Beyond the Bowtie is SO much more! Held at the Kent Island Resort Farmstead barn–a big, beautiful, open and bright space- and Garden House, vendors are invited to utilize their booth space creatively. We had vendors build arches, work with other vendors to collaborate on flowers for their table, and construct photo walls. Hair stylists/makeup artists practiced up-dos & shades on attendees. We want this to be interactive and MORE than just sitting behind a table with pamphlets.
What really sets Under the Veil & Beyond the Bowtie apart from other wedding events is our Trend Reveals Sets. Vendors can participate in the sets, it is included in their booth. Vendors can participate in one of the trends of their choice (to be released upon purchase of a booth.)
BOOTH DESIGN
Be Creative! Under the Veil is all about revealing the year’s top trends and your booth design should show off your product/service to the best of your ability. Put some heart into creating your booth, make this space more than a simple table with pamphlets. Show prospective clients how wonderful you and your business are. We are happy to assist you by suggesting ideas, so do not hesitate to ask us for guidance and support.
WEB PRESENCE
Your logo and link to your website will be included on the Chesapeake Bay Wedding event page that will be accessible even after the event.
ON-SITE RECOGNITION & PROMOTION
In addition to your booth space, your information will be in the printed + digital vendor guide. You’ll have the opportunity
to provide giveaways, marketing collateral, coupons, or freebies at your table and/or pre-stuffed in swag bags.
GUEST LEAD LIST
Event vendors receive the lead list of opt-in guests.
NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES
You’ll receive the contact information for the participating vendors of your event, as you’ll be encouraged to collaborate. We know that working alongside other like-minded vendors builds a great referral base and a really stunning event.
